All of our baked goods are made in a home kitchen operating under the Alabama Cottage Food Law and are not inspected by the Department of Public Health.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once payment is received in full.

Payment is accepted through the methods listed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice, though we will honor the price at the time of your confirmed order.
3. Pick-Up & Delivery

All pick-up and delivery times must be confirmed in advance.

We are not responsible for products once they have been picked up or delivered.

Please store and consume your treats according to the provided care instructions for freshness and safety.
4. Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and others.

We do not guarantee allergen-free products, even if special requests are made.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the order date are non-refundable.

Custom and special orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or allergic reaction caused by the consumption of our products.
