At Spellbound Sweets, each treat is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made fresh to order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.
2. Custom Orders

Custom or special orders (including large event orders) are non-refundable once production has begun.

If you have concerns about your custom order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with you on a solution.
3. Quality Concerns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items reported more than 24 hours after receipt.

Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the concern.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in cases where:

The product was damaged or altered after pick-up/delivery.

The product was not stored according to our care instructions.
