Refund Policy

At Spellbound Sweets, each treat is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made fresh to order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.

2. Custom Orders

  • Custom or special orders (including large event orders) are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • If you have concerns about your custom order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with you on a solution.

3. Quality Concerns

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.

  • Due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items reported more than 24 hours after receipt.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the concern.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in cases where:

 

  • The product was damaged or altered after pick-up/delivery.

  • The product was not stored according to our care instructions.

  • You had a change of mind after receiving your order.
